The employee in this position will be expected to works to understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the bigger picture.



Accountabilities:



Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements.
Analyzing the practicability of the business, and developing requirements for new projects and upgradations to existing projects.
Ensuring the project work design is perfect as per the needs of the clients.
Helping in developing a comprehensive change in management strategy for the court.
Participating in client acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new project.
Assisting technically in training and coaching professionally.
Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned business module




Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff.







*Key Internal Relationships :

Data Modeling & Design Section : Share business requirement for data warehouse.

Business line managers : Ensure gathering and alignment on various business requirements with business owners.

Program Executive : Collect input and collaborate on reports and solutions for programs.



*Key External Relationships :

Vendors : Enhance knowledge of different features and limitations of business.

Working and Skill Requirements:





· Education:

Bachelor's or graduate degree from a recognized university in Business Administration or equivalent


· Trainings:

- Business (preferable)



· Experience:

2-5+ years of relevant experience in well-established institutions
Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying technology.
Proven experience in change management, and process management skills
Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating complex technology information to business users and vice versa.

Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.

Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
An ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints
