Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as per the company target policy.
Putting plans on how to achieve sales targets by customer by category group based on channel share of overall sales target.
Achieving the monthly and annual collection target with no outstanding amounts beyond the agreed periods as per the company collection policy.
Provide reconciliation reports every 6 months or as company policy in addition to that annual reconciliation to be submitted on time with correct most up to date figures.
Executing a full scan to own area to identify area size and potential in terms of customers, with clear customer classification.
Preparing coverage plan for customers and achieving distribution target by customer. In addition, plan should include visit frequency and JP with objectives to manage and measure effectiveness.
Coordinating with the merchandising supervisor and unit manager on the merchandisers' coverage plan and priorities.
100% implementation of signed contracts with customers regarding physical spaces, display areas, deductions (rebates, commission, rentals).
Participating in the contract preparation by giving feedback on what worked and what didn't, proposing ideas on how to achieve better value vs. previous period.
Develop business with customers in terms of offering new Pre-Sales products & advantage of existing products.
Maintain contact with all customers to ensure a high level of Clients Satisfaction.
Coordinate and direct technicians as required to maintain a high level of services to all customers.
