Job Description

Main Purpose:
To maintain excellent customer service level through managing timely customer order delivery in alignment with Sale Managers / Supervisors for delivery priorities.
Coordinate with sales team, warehouse & Fright to smoothly execute daily delivery plan, timely delivery and minimize pending orders, order cancellation and sales return.
Lead, coach, supervise, & motivate delivery team and plan their vacations as well as manage relief to avoid any vacant delivery route during any month.
Sustain & Improve delivery Key Performance indicators like number of trips/day, truck capacity utilization, delivery time etc.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Collect customer invoices from Sales Admin and pending order list from Warehouse.
Prepare daily delivery route for delivery driver considering truck capacity, customer order acceptance time, delivery priority & area.
Prepare Night shift loading plan & align with warehouse & delivery officer and ensure smooth night loading process.
Prepare daily Delivery performance report & analysis delivery KPIs performance for each truck/driver.
Collect all invoices with customer acknowledgment from driver and file it ensure adherence to following key control.
Prepare monthly the commission & the daily attendance sheet for the drivers & labors.
Coordinate and ensure processing Sales Returns with Sales, Warehouse and Finance departments.
Lead dynamic routing project in the Distribution Centers to enhance delivery trucks efficiency/productivity.
Coordinate with Fleet & Safety Manager to make sure all trucks are up to standard and in safe mode to avoid breakdowns and reduce risk and ensure all delivery drivers follow company safety procedures.
Train & develop delivery drivers to operate HH and to understand delivery KPI’s.
Support Sales in controlling / Reducing External delivery trucks rental.
Keep regularly updating customer master database and make sure all delivery destination points are barcoded and geocodes are updated in system.
Prepare daily service level score card by channel and for top 20% key OT & Wholesale customers and ensure sustaining customer service level as planned.
Prepare monthly commission for yr team, seek approvals as per SOA and forward to Management as per agreed deadlines.
Qualifications/Requirements
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
University Graduate
Good knowledge of Saudi Snacks Food Co. LTD Channels, Customers, product specifications & truck capacities.
Computer Literacy and English Language is advantage
Well organized, flexible and adaptable and works well in a team environment.
