· Assist in Improving in-house payment cycle time, which increased monthly registration and transactions performance
· Assist in improving payment processing image to capture and reflect improvement of the team, resulting in reduced operating costs.
· Maintain direct contact with customers to ensure an ongoing high level of satisfaction
People/Employee: (Unit/Bank wide):
· Manage own and team's learning and development.
· Support sales team in winning new business through coaching and motivation
Internal Processes/Practices: (Productivity/Quality/Compliance/Reporting):
· Formulate center operation plans in accordance with overall banking strategy so that the center revenues are maximized
· Implement approved policies and procedures, provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
· Drive sales culture within managed center by developing sales plans (in line with targets) and activities, working with center staff in order to implement and consolidate sales targets
· Ensure that all customer complaints/fraud/shortages are communicated to concerned parties in a timely manner in order to mitigate risks and that customer are satisfied with the service received
· Overseeing & supervising of CDM/Cash replenishment done by appointed center CSRs, accountable for reported cash figure
