Manager – Performance Management (BUs)
The role holder is responsible for managing and conducting continuous assessment of BUs Performance Management systems and processes to ensure the achievement of strategies and organizational objectives and provide recommendations. The role holder is also responsible to educate the BUs in managing the performances of their employees, ensure the complaints are addressed in compliance with set standards and work closely with Technical Support for analyzing gaps in the process and undertaking improvement initiatives for the same. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Participates in the development and implementation of the Performance Management plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
Directs and manages the Performance Management (BUs) Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Interprets and implements change in the Performance Management (BUs) Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
Manages planning, revision, validation & evaluation processes at all levels to ensure consistency in the Performance Management processes.
Administers all BUs staff performance cycle and follow up with related BUs to submit their performance results on time.
Supports director in analyzing the performance appraisals results to ensure consistency of performance distributions per guidelines.
Reports performance distributions discrepancies and follow up with the BUs to take necessary corrective measures.
Manages the process of dry run in a virtual environment to incorporate all BUs performance appraisals results, takes necessary actions and corrective measures to ensure accurate and reliable results are embedded.
Manages the process of consolidating BUs performance results in order to complete the process and move to further stage.
Manages performance complaints and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of those complaints.
Plans and organize Performance Management campaigns and manages content development and communication guidelines in order to create awareness among BUs across STC.
Conducts regular health checks of BUs related to Performance Management phases, timeframes and integration in order to cascade the standard processes among all BUs.
Liaises with each BUs to communicate roll-out and secure sign-off of appraisals.
Ensures adherence to set quality guidelines and parameters for the Performance Management and takes necessary action to rectify any deviations.
Follows appropriate processes and systems to manage and share knowledge, expertise and professional experiences within the department.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
Professional certificate ( if needed)
Professional certifications in HR from internationally recognized bodies such as CIPD and SHRM
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Data analysis/Modeling using spreadsheet/DB Advanced Presentation preparation
Advanced Reporting Performance Management fundamentals
Mathematical/Statistical Analysis skills
Human Resources background
Proficiency in the application of contemporary Performance Management practices
Knowledge of KSA labor laws and other regulatory guidelines pertaining to Performance Management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong planning and organizing skills
Ability to grasp complex issues to contribute effective solutions to drive business success
