    Job Purpose
    The role holder is responsible for managing activities related to training centers for STC by handling their maintenance activities and schedules, ensuring that logistics support and technical support is provided to them and resolving logistics and schedule issues in order to develop and enhance employees’ knowledge, skills and competencies required to achieve the business objectives of STC. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures
    Key Responsibilities
    Participates in the development and implementation of the Technical Training plans, in line with the corporate objectives

    Directs and manages the Training Centers Management Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards

    Interprets and implements change in the Training Centers Management Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement

    Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Training Centers Management Section

    Ensures that the Sector strategy is cascaded for the Training Centers Management Section and develops business plans for the Section to drive the achievement of the desired objectives

    Manages all maintenance operations activities for the training centers

    Manages end-to-end training center facilities to ensure that the training programs are conducted efficiently

    Manages activities related to training center schedules such as handling trainer schedules, rooms booking, etc

    Coordinates with the Building & Fleet Management General Directorate to ensure appropriate logistics support is provided for training center facilities

    Liaises with the IT Sector for any technical support required within the training centers

    Benchmarks the best market practices to recommend improvements in training facilities and ensure that it is in line with the identified training needs

    Coordinates with the related stakeholders to resolve logistics and schedule issues related to training centers

    Ensures adherence to set quality guidelines and parameters for the Training Centers Management Section and takes necessary action to rectify any deviations

    Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process

    Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Training Centers Management Section, in line with the business and operational plans

    Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Training Centers Management Section


    Qualifications/
    Certification

    Bachelor’s Or Master degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivale

    Required
    Experience

    A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

    Desired Skills & Knowledge

    Sound knowledge of all of STC’s internal operational and business processes

    Strong networking and relationship building skills

    Excellent knowledge of human resources areas

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Strong HR advisory skills

    Strong planning and coordination skills
