Job Description and Requirements
Performs all clerical duties pertaining to the department.
Ensure that all entry in the E-UCAF are correctly entered in the system daily (i.e. vital signs, chief complaint, significant signs, others conditions..etc…)
Ensure that E-UCAF entry is on the same date and same doctor as per the invoice attached on the UCAF.
Confirm that all UCAF’s after entered in the system are forwarded daily to Business Center-Claims Section.
Performs any other duties within the range of his/her professional knowledge and skills as directed by his/her supervisor.
Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, and JCI, ISO and Aramco standards or requirements related to the department.
Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome. Whenever required, conducts analysis and interpretation of data/information collected.
Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed, participates in incident review, and root cause analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or Doploma in Medical Secretary.
