Senior Sales Officer

Jobs at this level are responsible for supporting operations at a branch and sales centres level including coordinating allocation of work programmes, managing implementation of sales plans and preparing sales performance reports. They are also responsible for analysing customer/client insights related to feedback on STC products/services to drive a healthy customer/client relationship process, building strong relationships and ensuring effective response to customers/clients’ needs.
Performs routine activities within the specified scope of retail/call centre sales activities.
Supports in the preparation of budgets and targets for STC’s sales activities for the branch and sales centres, and ensures that the sales execution is in compliance with established budgets and targets.
Supports internal process improvement related projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
Participates in supporting complex sales initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior, in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Supervises and manages branch, team sales agents, or call centres sales agents to achieve established targets according to the product line.
Manages allocation of work programmes to the team and ensures that necessary sales reports and analysis are available on time for management decision making purposes.
Manages the implementation of sales plans and initiatives to drive the highest levels of profits for the branch, district, or sales centres.
Drives a healthy customer/client relationship process, building strong relationships and ensuring effective response to customers/clients’ needs.
Develops all necessary reports (monthly, annual statistical reports, quarterly performance reports etc.) to track progress against agreed objectives.
Bachelor Degree in Administration/Sales/Marketing.
