Following up the daily process as per recruitment plan to ensure consistency of efficient and effective production as per the requested level of qualit
Submitting periodic recruitment reports as per the recruitment management plan regarding progress challenges and activities
Processing and preparing KSMC jobs announcements internally and externally in accordance to the policies and producers as well as the tools in the Recruitment Department
Screening of candidate’s profiles, providing advice and support to candidates inquires and questions regarding the recruitment activities
Documenting and organizing all necessary documentation for the recruitment process such as preparing contracts offers, filling forms and other applications
Maintaining creativity in talent attraction using related resources and technological mechanism that are being frequently developed
Updating and the system with the necessary data entry and status of applications, participating in building the database, follow up and data control.
Knowledge in Human resources and particularly recruitment process principles.
Knowledge in Labor Law policies.
Knowledge in healthcare and administrative job categories.
Advance level communication skills.
Fluent in English Language (reading, writing and speaking)
Ability to work on Microsoft office programs.
