Facilitate KPI development with the Department levels and individual employees to be utilized in the Performance Management Program and implement the entire PMS system every two semester of the year.
Assist in gathering of data, analysis of results, preparation of presentation as needed by the Board or the management and provide ad hoc services as required by Management
Initiate, design and prepares periodic newsletter for the Company to communicate and promote all productivity-related to all employees in all levels and enhance employer brand of the Company..
Increase organization's effectiveness by promoting corporate culture and developing a more functional organizational structure.
Ensures that the organization is appropriately designed to deliver organization objectives in the short and long term and that structural change is effectively managed and communicated.
Develop OD programs to various work related processes for maintaining sound operating and strategic performance of all departments.
Design and apply applicable OD interventions towards long-term operational efficiency, profitability and building a culture of work excellence for the entire RPC Team.
