Supervises (Job Title):
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.
To communicate and visit strategic client in order to develop long-term relationships and come up with business opportunities to Emdad.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
This section describes the principal outputs required from the job.
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
Customer Relationship Management
Build and increase relationship with clients to increase customers satisfaction
Prepare customer reports to document the work
Review and contact his customers history to follow-up activity
Coordinate with the various departments in completing the work each by its specialty.
Write customers agreements to document the work
Strengthen relations with internal and external partners to ensure that services are provided in accordance with the best standards.
Prepare brainstorming sessions to increase productivity
Take account customers feedback to improve the services
Prepare the minutes of meeting of his visits to increase productivity
Policies, Processes & Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies,
Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality

Academic and professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT related field, Business Administration, or Engineering
Any training course in account management
Years and Nature of Experience
4 - 6 years of relevant experience in in account management or related area
