Health and Safety management in accordance to ISO 109002
Security and Lost Prevention of Distribution center assets.
Maintaining the acceptable standard of product received by the DC in accordance to set specification and auditing of these standards.
Maintenance of the Distribution center to enhance a safe working environment in accordance to the company insurance policies.
Housekeeping of distribution center
Maintenance and control of metrical handling equipment.
Evaluate the current H&S standards & level across the organization.
Draw up a H&S plan for the organization outlining a 3-5 year strategy for roll out Kingdom wide.
Design & Conduct Basic H&S training so that 1 or more representatives per store are trained in order to be compliant to Governmental obligations.
Conduct Health & Safety risk assessments for each store in the region and develop action plans & liaise with all concerned departments to have all issues resolved. (E.g Operations, Maintenance, 3rd party agencies)
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health
Ability to manage staff related to various activities of the warehouse and other organization
Sufficient practical experience in the field
Preferably 3 - 5 years management experience in store operations
Fluent Arabic & English
Excellent Understanding of Local legislative / regulations
