ROLE PURPOSE

Daily Operations
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of project department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
Communication and Coordination
communicate with job seekers and to make sure of their information and updated in the system continuously
try to find the strengths and weaknesses of the researcher, which serves the important consideration for the job
have to provide solutions in the event of a problem or escalation with maintaining the confidentiality of information on the labor researcher
Identify the client's needs and convert it to the appropriate courses for him
Follow-up job seeker during and after the recruitment process
Policies, Processes & Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
