    • Has an extensive Project Management experience.
    • Good knowledge of Project management according to PMP methodologies.
    • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling Projects.
    • Experience of procurement and commissioning processes including negotiation with 3rd parties.
    • Experience of working closely with key stakeholders.
    • Good knowledge and experience of budget management.
    • Manages the design and construction stages of projects.
    • Prepare the scope of work in projects according to business requirements.
    • Participate in preparation of projects budget.
    • Prepare the documentation required for approval on the design and construction implementation.
    • Review the technical documents of the project prepared by the designers to ensure that it is as per the approved concept and business requirements during all design stages (Concept, Schematic, detailed & tender stage).
    • Monitor the compliance of deliverables to be in line with End-User inputs & ALJ requirements.
    • Review the construction cost submitted by the contractors & provide a preliminary cost estimate according to international standard & local Market.
    • Tender analysis with technical & commercial evaluation.
    • Site visitation to make sure that the approved concept, details and corporate Identity are implemented.
    • Manage the implementation stages of the works in projects.
    • Participate in the handing over of the project to The End-User.
    • Prepare the invitation letters to consultants and contractor-bidders.
    • Prepare & review the Projects payment certificate & variation orders to consultants and contractor-bidders.
    • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule & plans).
    • Provide technical recommendation during design and construction stage.
    • Provide the value engineering proposals for cost reduction with optimal solutions & minimum costs to be evaluated by consultants.
    • Provide proposals for energy saving to be applied to the company facilities.
    • Influence the project team and other staff to create order and structure in a project environment.
    • Able to reconcile and resolve issues that arise over the course of the project, has a creativity, reasoning, and judgment.
    • Able to respond to deviance from the project plan and conflicts that arise as a project progress, to ensure that the project continues to move towards completion.
    • High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple complex interdependent tasks, activities and events within the project and environmental constraints (especially for critical path monitoring responsibilities).
    • Assistance in define and implement project-related policies and procedures, and to promote the use of best practice for general project management.
    • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Coordinate various projects at the same time.
    • Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
    • Coordinate between different consultants, suppliers and contractors.
    • Participate in Negotiation with bidders.
    • Meet with end users to get their requirements and discuss project status.
    • Effectively manages the scope of projects and involves appropriate stakeholders when changes arise which require review and approval.
    • Works with the business stakeholders to facilitate the creation of business cases.
    • Determines and secures appropriate resources for projects.
    • Dealing with local and international contractors, suppliers and Consultant offices.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

    Skills

    • Project management skills to ensure that project is under control. Communicate with the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and all levels of management and ensure that all correspondence is documented appropriately, include preparing a comprehensive work breakdown structures and inclusive implementation plans.
    • Extensive experience with core software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Logical and efficient, with accuracy and good attention to detail.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
    • Able to exercise independent judgment and take action
    • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
    • Manage and oversee the construction management for all projects.
    • Monitor and report about the project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
    • Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
    • Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
    • Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
    • Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
