Materials Planning & Execution Specialist

The Planner is responsible for coordinating & expediting the flow of customer jobs according to production schedules and planning & scheduling material according to production needs. In this role you will follow an individual work plan and meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. You will manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules andpurchasing needs.
· Attend daily production meeting & manage wing to wing job data integrity for customer jobs in SAP· Handle customer requirements and recommend / perform resolutions as appropriate· Liaise with other department to make sure that we meet Customer Want dates (CWD) and Planned Completion Date (PCD) & internal On Time Delivery (OTD) metrics· Assist in the effective utilization of available manpower and machine resources for all repair, overhaul, and servicing jobs in accordance with company policies and procedure · Work on cycle time and cost reduction program· Optimize inventory: manage spares parts / consumables needs for your respective cell and create a model to forecast required materials and reduce Slow Moving Inventory· Develop best planning practices in accordance with customer CTQs and implement continuous improvement projects within the team· Follow general policies and procedures including safety, quality rules
• Fresh graduates (maximum of 2 years’ experience).• BS Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical or related engineering back ground preferred (minimum 3.0 GPA)• Active listener with good communication skills in English.• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.• Proactive with high level of integrity.• Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.• Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis.
