    Job Description

    Position Function:  Handle customer incoming calls and provide them with the required information Duties & Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and provide customer with the support needed Promote Company’s financing products and initiate sales  Provide customers information regarding their accounts Log any customer complaints and forward to supervisor for proper follow up Contact customer in case of late payments and request him to deposit funds Contact customer to follow up on any missing documentation

    Skills

    Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent Languages:  Read, speak, and write Arabic and English. Work Experience:  At least 2 years of experience in customer service/support within a leading bank or reputed company Personal Traits:  Achievement oriented Accountable & responsible Excellent communicator Special Skills:  Technical Skills: Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office
