# Participates in Formulating and implementation of Sales & Marketing Department
strategy in line with the corporate strategies.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
# Participates, recommends & implements policies, processes and procedures for sales
& Marketing Department to ensure all relevant procedures are fulfilled.
# Prepares annual budget for assigned “Product” for onwards approval to the
Department Manager, taking into consideration the corporate budget.
# Follows up with the customers on regular basis for booking their order in line with the
budge set by the Sales & Marketing department.
# Develops new opportunity in terms of new export markets as well as new applications
within the production scope to achieve the budget figures.
Knowledge of ERP system
# Complete knowledge of SAP, BIW and Crystal reports that is required for smooth
functioning of Sales & Marketing Department.
# Monitors raw material prices, competitors activities, market trends and other related
information, keeping higher management updated to decide on future strategies.
# Follows up with the customers on regular basis for the due payment, to achieve the
monthly collections targets.
# Submits monthly, quarterly & yearly reports to the Department Manager on future
sales plan as well as actual achievements against the sales budget in line with department
# Supervises the overall logistics activities pertaining to the assigned “product” ensuring
the timely delivery of the product to the customer
