ArkazArkaz has been in operation since 2008 and is determined to become a specialized manufacturer and trader of value-added building products, and a provider of unique engineering services to the Construction Sector.Your Job: As a sales manager your responsible basically to drive the hole sales process in the designated area, this includes, setting up targets for the sales team and insuring the achievement of these targets. Your main responsibilities are:
You will be responsible for sales and construction chemicals portfolio (mainly concrete & admixtures)
You will need to outline a strategy for developing new business
Manage on-going relationships with current accounts and develop new opportunities
Offer solutions to customers’ technical requests
Responsible for budgets, forecasting and reporting
Your skills and experience: BSc in Civil engineering degree and strong solid technical background and experience in concrete. Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in the construction chemical industry.
Should have worked as a Sales Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer or Area Sales Manager during his career.
Preferred to have experience in management of group of people of not less than 5.
Preferred to have work experience in one of the main competitors in KSA (Fosroc, BASF, Sika, CMCI, etc.….).
Experience and familiarity in the general product range (superplasticizers, retarder, etc.…).
Understand the nature of business in KSA and other GCC countries.
