In a nutshell, this is an entry level HR job that handles day-to-day HR servicing operations.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Research and create sourcing channels internally and externally to ensure a proper pipeline of potential talent
• Participates in the proofing, interview and selection processes as and when required in order to assess the candidate’s fit with BIDAYA’s mission, vision and values
• Coordinate the process for the induction of new employees, to ensure the completion of all key onboarding activities and to enable their productivity
• Manage employee requests and services in accordance with the HR policies and procedures and as per the service level agreements
• Ensure timely and accurate administration of end-to-end payroll services, to guarantee adequate disbursement of payments to employees
• Adheres to financial control policies and ensures confidentiality of all financial details, to prevent any risk of data leakage
• Record and address all employee complaints and grievances and advise on solutions to tackle them, in way that enable BIDAYA to maintain a fair working environment• Issue disciplinary actions in accordance with the HR policies and procedures, and in compliance with the Saudi Labour Law
المهارات المطلوبة
• Knowledge of HR functional activities
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Knolwedge of the Saudi Labor Law
• Ability to work professionally on MS applications
