Facilitate KPI development with the Department levels and individual employees to be utilized in the Performance Management Program and implement the entire PMS system every two semester of the year.
 Assist in gathering of data, analysis of results, preparation of presentation as needed by the Board or the management and provide ad hoc services as required by Management
 Initiate, design and prepares periodic newsletter for the Company to communicate and promote all productivity-related to all employees in all levels and enhance employer brand of the Company..
 Increase organization's effectiveness by promoting corporate culture and developing a more functional organizational structure.
 Ensures that the organization is appropriately designed to deliver organization objectives in the short and long term and that structural change is effectively managed and communicated.
 Develop OD programs to various work related processes for maintaining sound operating and strategic performance of all departments.
 Design and apply applicable OD interventions towards long-term operational efficiency, profitability and building a culture of work excellence for the entire RPC Team.
