[LEFT]The Company Mackenzie Jones Middle East are working in partnership with a high profile Riyadh based organisation with interests and projects across KSA to appoint a Finance Director. Reporting to the CEO this role will have overall responsibility for the finance function and will lead, plan and direct all finance and accounting related activities across budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, asset management, accounts payable, receivable and collection. The Finance Director will provide strategic advisory and consultation to the Board on all asset management and investment related matters ensuring all financial activities meet the long term strategic objectives. With overall responsibility for the finance function key responsibilities will include; The Role Oversee all assessment management and investments activities and ensure the provision of strategic advice to aid key decision making Oversee financial performance, measure and analyse data, initiate and manage corrective actions to minimize the impact of variances. Develop the Function's strategy and plans and direct the reporting departments towards effective, accurate and timely achievement. Direct and lead strategic programs and projects required to achieve the Function’s organizational objectives and business targets. Set the Function’s performance objectives and key performance indicators, monitor and guide their achievement. Guide the development, review, maintenance and implementation of the Functions' policies, procedures, processes and operational guidelines. Provide strategic direction, guidance and coaching to reporting Department Managers in performing their delegated roles and responsibilities. Develop, establish and maintain a framework of financial policies, procedures, systems and inte
al controls to achieve strong financial stability and ensure effective and accurate financial services. Lead and manage the annual budgeting processes ensuring accurate and timely preparation of all financial reports. Ensure that all business and operational plans are within the budget and financial regulations. Oversee accurate and timely preparation of the financial and management accounting reports Develop and maintain strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, exte
al bodies and any other parties as necessary to the accomplishment of the financial function. The Person You will bring to the role an extensive track record of financial leadership and Board level experience, managing multi-billion budgets within a large and complex, capital intensive organisation. Your impressive technical skills will encompass accounting and treasury issues, budgeting, financial planning and forecasting. As a leader, you have a proven flair for setting strategic direction, implementing change and innovation, and building influential relationships. To be considered for this role the following experience is essential A professional qualification in accountancy; ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent is essential with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role. A creative thinker and imaginative problem solver; agile and responsive to shifts in both opportunities and obstacles Excellent oral, written and interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels A demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset; persistently focused on strategic goals, yet able to see and act upon opportunities Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
