[LEFT]The Opportunity The ideal candidate to Lead overall Quality Control function by ensuring that incoming materials, in-process products and finished goods are tested following the defined strategy within the agreed consumable, manpower and capital expenditure budget to provide management timely and accurate product quality information. Drive continuous improvement in quality control activities by adopting latest methods, techniques or systems to provide timely, accurate and cost effective quality information to management Only applicants that match the following experience will be considered Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology, or any related scientific discipline. Knowledge in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry. Knowledge of current laboratory technologies and methodology Knowledge of quality systems including GMP/GLP, HACCP, validation, change control, continuous improvement, document control, root cause analysis, etc. A minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quality Control laboratories within a multinational consumer goods company, with at least (3) years direct management of QC staff functions with proven results Experience in analysing and interpreting testing data, and complex problems to effectively make decisions to provide superior business results without jeopardizing safety and quality.
