[LEFT]Business Analyst - ICMS -- KSA The Role: • Attend to emergency incidents. • Investigate System Anomalies that are reported on a daily basis. • Evaluate the causes of the anomalies. Usually it falls under the following general categories. 1. Software Bug 2. Deviation from normal operational procedure 3. Configuration (parameter) set up 4. User error 5. Data corruption 6. Hardware Performance (interface) • Provide instruction/solutions to correct anomalies that are none software related. • Provide design document to correct/alter the system to resolve system anomalies. • Provide design document of datafixes required to correct data corruption. • Evaluate request for minor enhancements. • Provide design document for minor enhancements. • Liaise with the business in matters of system fixes and minor enhancements. Skills: 1. ICMS experience is a must 2. Knowledge in CRM, Order Management, Provisioning, Inventory, Billing or at least two if those areas. Preferably have a billing knowledge as we are short of them at the moment. 3. Preferably with RPG skills (or ex-developers) 4. Good communication skills.
