[LEFT] CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To ensure assigned work is carried out in accordance to the plan in a safe and compliant manner through excellent Team direction and guidance whilst monitoring the highest quality of work within Budget limitation. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Mechanical / Refrigeration / Automobiles Qualification preferably in Diesel Engines NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Proficient in MS officer and IT Vehicle/Engine troubleshooting. Engine and other vehicle components dismantling and re-assembling skills. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 3 years of working experience in Workshop Supervision. COMPETENCIES: Good Leadership qualities. Ability to plan and record activates Ability plan and organise multiple activities simultaneously. Man-management hand- on style. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the complexities of a multi-culture environment. Analytical and planning skills. Results oriented. Strong communicator with ability to influence.
