Provides leadership within Quality Systems functional area focusing on building and strengthening programs gove
ing change control, CAPA, quality documents (MBR’s, methods, specifications, policies, SOP’s), document control, monitoring systems (mock recalls and traceability, vendor qualifications,), and product release. Lead inte

al audits, complaints, product reviews and other metrics into actionable fixes to deliver high quality products that exceed customer/consumer expectations.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor degree in Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology or any related scientific discipline.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 8 years of Quality Assurance experience within a multi-national consumer goods company, with at least 3-4 years of experience of direct management of Quality staff functions with proven results. Experience analysing and interpreting complex problems, and utilizing effective decision making and planning to deliver superior business results. Experience with design review and validation during facility start-ups, expansion and line extensions.
COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and problem solving techniques. Demonstrated proficiency in effective project management. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-based environment.
