[LEFT]CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To ensure full Regional compliance of the Company Quality; Safety; Health & Environment Policy and achievement of Regional business objectives by transmitting and managing all Quality; Safety; Health & Environment management systems; processes; personnel and resources whilst maintaining a comprehensive Regional QSHE management system; utilising the latest QSHE management techniques and technology in line with world class standards. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL
QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Food Science or related subject with specialisation in Food; Beverages; Dairy or Bakery; ISO 9001:2008 certified Lead Auditor; IOSH Certification.
NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Age 35- 50 years old; Fluent in English language; oral; written and reading skills; Knowledge of GHP; hygiene and housekeeping best practices.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES: Total industry experience 4 to 6 years; 1 year management experience in a large organization in related field; Experience in HACCP/ ISO implementation with certified companies.

Technical knowledge of food manufacturing; Ability to work with a multi-cultural workforce & lead them towards a QSHE approach; Knowledge of inte
ational standards ISO9001:2008; ISO 22000:2005; BS OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004; Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills; Proven track record of results and achievements; Good presentation and communication skills; Positive and professional attitude with attention to detail; Team player who has the ability to influence Managers at all levels; Self starter capable of working alone without supervision; Methodical; systematical with a logical approach to problem solving
