[LEFT]CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To maximize distribution of utility services needed by the Dairy and Bakery Operations to the agreed standards. To manage and coordinate all engineering and maintenance needs with respect to utility services and equipment. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Minimal diploma, Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration or related discipline. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Spoken & written English. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years experience in leading a multi-skilled maintenance team within utility engineering (to include MV electrical /steam raising / refrigeration / compressed air ). COMPETENCIES: Strong, confident and energetic leadership style, positive attitude, solution orientated. Knowledge of all aspects of utility plant and distribution system Familiar with and supporter of Quality systems Recognized technical skills within the team Knowledge of: Coaching skills Engineering principles Troubleshooting/Fault diagnosis Read and Interpret drawings Discipline and grievance procedures Reporting.
