[LEFT]CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To manage the effluent and sewage treatment plants, pivots operations, site landscaping, site housekeeping, waste management, contractors zone management and scrap management activities, by planning, leading, organising and controlling of resources and capital expenditures in accordance with business goals and objective, safety and quality standards as well as with agreed financial budget. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture or equivalent. NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : Spoken and written English. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 10 years in the environment management (Effluent Treatment Plant , Sewage treatment plant Landscaping and housekeeping management) in the similar position. COMPETENCIES: Water and soil analysis skills; COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) in ETP (effluent treatment plant) to control plant liquid drain loss cost; Waste water treatment techniques and control; Excellent knowledge of Herbicides, Fertilizer, Pesticide ;Knowledge on FMD control chemicals and usage; Excellent communication and people management skills; Ability to manage and lead a multinational and multicultural work force; Computer Literate; Project management skills; Knowledge on Risk assessment techniques; Excellent planning, controlling and organizational management techniques; Result focused; and Budgeting and cost control skills.
