al customer service requirements whilst meeting agreed quality specifications and cost parameters and ensuring that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Qualification in dairy technology or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position within a dairy or food environment. Knowledge of implementation of inte
ational quality standards desirable. Experience in the production of cultured products preferred. Experience with Automated Process Control. NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Spoken & written English PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Experienced in similar position within a dairy or food environment. Experienced in production of cultured products, Juices and Milk. Experienced with Automated Process Control. Commissioning of automated plants handling milk and juice products. Heading a multi-functional and multi-cultural work force. Contributed towards reducing production and overhead cost for the company. Preparing and presenting budgets for the department. Contributed towards developing safe working environment and reducing accidents. Able to discuss and finalize plans/targets with Production management team with regards to Production and Maintenance activities. Able to identify development needs of employees and ensure adequately maintained skill inventory is in place. COMPETENCIES: Dairy Plant operation and GMP concepts awareness. Ability to manage multi-national workforce of greater than 50 people. Competency in working with Inte
