[LEFT]CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To maintain company asset by implementation of a total preventative Maintenance system that ensures complete operational availability to all departments as and when the business requires. He is to comply with agreed standards, budget and provisions as set down by the business. To meet management performance Targets as set by the business, ensuring all Plant and equipment is in an optimal condition at all times and complying with standards and costs. He is to ensure there are adequate provision of skills, labor and guidance across all departments so as to meet the business requirements. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Minimum: HND or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. (UK Standards) and a minimum seven years experience in industry (ideally manufacturing) in a similar position. NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Good hand written and spoken English Computer literate PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1Minimum 7 Years Engineering Management experience in a similar role. Working with a multi skilled workforce with a Food industry background is essential.
