Used to working in a multi-cultural environment your challenge will be to: Plan and execute planned preventative maintenance in all his Departments to meet the demands of the business Assist the project team in all related issues ensuring they meet the agreed specification and time scale.. Ensure compliance of Quality procedures by meeting Site targets for continuous improvement. Ensure full implementation of Safety systems and safe practices of work by continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within Departments teams. Adhere to financial procedures by controlling spares and expenditure. Identify and plan staff development. Ensuring technical skills meet the Business needs today and going forward. Required Competencies Interpret Engineering Drawings Equipment type and selection Engineering Design Quality Systems Electric, Steam, Water Man Management Air and Refrigeration Coaching Skills Health and Safety, Morale boosting Qualifications Minimum: HND or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Essential Experience Minimum 8 years experience in a similar position in industry (ideally manufacturing) in a similar position. Knowledge of implementation of inte
ational quality standards desirable. Minimum 7 Years Engineering Management experience in a similar role. Working with a multi skilled workforce with a Food industry background is essential.
