ational customers. Engility is dedicated to making lives better, safer and more secure. Description: The Naif Academy for National Security (NANS) is the education and training arm of one of the major MOI Directorates. The Academy provides training and lea
ing programs via several training facilities throughout the Kingdom. The main campus is located in Riyadh and there are five (5) Regional Training Branches that cover different geographical areas (Taif, Asir, Riyadh, Jouf, Dammam) for a total of six (6) locations throughout the kingdom. The Director of the Naïf Academy commands an enterprise consisting of functional staff offices, Directorates, Departments and Training Branches responsible for various training and training support. NANS Directorates report to the Director’s office for all aspects of training responsibilities and have a direct liaison with peer elements of the Academy’s higher headquarters. The Directorates are responsible for training operational and support in areas such as threat analysis, strategic planning, gove
ance, requirements management, The NANS staff of 300 personnel support the training activities of approximately 2,000 personnel on an annual basis. The Academy and its Training Branches offer academic, military, field, and technical training such as basic trainee induction, leadership, and weapons training. NANS trains both inte
al and exte
al candidates from several MOI Directorates including officers, enlisted personnel and civilian employees. NANS course offerings aim at enabling the MOI workforce to excel in carrying out its missions and functions that include: Prisons Counter Terrorism Data Gathering and Analysis Investigations Information Security (INFOSEC) Airport Security Counter Administrative / Financial Corruption The Training Program to be designed and developed by the Supplier shall be proposed to satisfy the broad training objectives of the Academy as directed by its higher headquarters. In response to the requirements to be established during the conduct of the Training Requirements Planning (TRP-1) and the specified missions provided to the NANS by its higher headquarters, the Supplier shall develop the basic skills and domain specific courses which target the training needs of the NANS trainee audience.
