Manage the implementation of sales strategies in the organisation´s resellers and oversees the performance against targets in order to maximise revenues according to the organisation´s policies and guidelines.
Functional Responsibilities
Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget
Maintain awareness of competitor activity and developments in the market place recommending actions and interventions where appropriate.
Direct and monitor, in conjunction with the Regional Manager/Senior Manager, all Sales activity in the region across all markets so as to achieve and exceed agreed sales and profit objectives and maximise financial retu

Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and potential new customers to increase revenues and optimize the customer experience.
Develop Mobily’s competitive position in the market place whilst enhancing the value of the brand to ensure the maximization of market share, sales volumes and profits
Act as a proactive communications interface between the Sales unit and other key departments within Mobily
Develop innovative sales initiatives and campaigns that generate the highest level of profits from region controlled.
Oversee the activities of direct reports to ensure a high performing, well motivated and developed team which delivers the required results
Job Specification
Minimum Job Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of Four (4) years of experience in Sales or a related field
