Supervise the implementation of sales strategies in the organisation´s resellers and oversees the performance against targets in order to maximise revenues according to the organisation´s policies and guidelines.
Functional Responsibilities
Supervise the implementation of plans and strategies for the reseller sales to maximize current and future sales and provide input to relevant units’ and overall strategy.
Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget.
Track performance and developments in the market and ensure that variances against performance targets are brought to the early attention of the appropriate manager and corrective action is taken.
Supervise accounting and coordinate logistical requirements for efficiency in resellers sales performance Prepare reports and inte
al documentation to facilitate and improve product offerings or key areas for business process improvements
Identify and plan implementation of cross selling across services. Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision
Supervise the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns that generate the highest level of profits from franchise

Job Specification
Minimum Job Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of Three (3) years of experience in Sales or a related field
