The Role To maintain an effective QA service, ensuring Company quality standards are maintained by involving day to day issues in the plant. To be the first point of contact for CIT issues in the plant in absence of Team Manager. Essential: Graduate in Bakery / Food Technology. Working knowledge and undertaking of AIB, ISO9001:2008 and ISO 22000. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a bakery and food factory. Knowledge and experience of problem investigations. Experience in automated bakery plant. Proficient in English language in both speaking and writing. Computer knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point. Desirable: Experience in food process. Analytical and measurement skills. Root cause analysis skills. Speak and read Arabic.
