CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To maintain QSHE management systems within the region with regards to receiving; inspecting; handling; storing; selling; delivering a wide range of quality products to satisfy the needs of consumers & customers by implementing QSHE strategies; standards; policies & procedures.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Dairy Technology or Food Science/Graduate member of IOSHE; ISO 9001:2008 certified Lead Auditor.
NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Age 25+; Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English and verbal in Arabic; Driving License; Computer literate.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:
2 to 3 years’ experience in Dairy QA and QMS; HSS and EMS; Experienced in ISO/HACCP implementation with certified companies.

Knowledge in product composition; product Quality; correct product handling; food hygiene and food safety and inte
ational Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and safety & security codes and their applications. (ISO 9001:2008; ISO 22000:2005; BS OHSAS 18001:2007; ISO 14001:2004); Knowledge in system implementation; updating; upgrading and evaluation of Quality; Health & Safety and Environmental Management systems; Fully competent in risk assessment process; Technical Report writing skill; Problem solving expertise and root cause analysis techniques; Excellent communication and influencing skills; Self-driven; result oriented; clear focus in high quality and safety; Comfortable in dealing with senior executives; Must be able to manage the multi-cultural workforce in an equal manner.
