Position Title HR Benifit Analyst Sector HR Department HR / operations Job Location Saudi Arabia, HQ Job Purpose Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out a range of human resource activities such as assessing documentation requirements in coordination with exte
al vendors, processing paperwork related to employee separation, maintenance of HR databases, developing technical HR documents and developing standard operational reports with direction and guidance. Also, they are responsible for acting as a point of contact for inte
al customers providing information and clarifying any human resource operational issues. Key Responsibilities Coordinates with relevant Sectors to identify all requirements pertaining to arrangements for on - boarding of employees. Collates all requests related to change in employee information pertaining to personal information, banking details, reporting status, promotions, transfers etc. Collates requirements from all Sectors pertaining to employee separation to coordinate the processing of relevant paperwork. Coordinates with involved exte
al vendors for following up and status update of employee applications for benefits administration to ensure timely disbursement of payments (as applicable). Verifies the claims and invoices received from employees for claiming expenses and making payments for third party services. Updates all HR databases on a periodic basis and acts as a first point of contact for addressing any queries/issues/requests. Qualifications/ Certification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR Required Experience Fresh graduate Desired Skills & Knowledge Intermediate proficiency in data collection and analysis Basic proficiency in reporting Microsoft Office skills Language Arabic: Advanced English: Advanced
