ACCOUNT MANAGER, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Capture and record stakeholder recommendations and conce
s accurately to ensure that stakeholder needs can be passed on and addressed timely; Prepare analyses and presentations, in liaison with BD, to ensure that stakeholders receive key information on on-going programs/projects/pilots as well as to strengthen the business case for new projects; Prepare case studies of successful Takamol projects as part of assistance in communicating Takamol’s mission/objectives and creating awareness of the Company’s role and impact among current and prospective stakeholders; Develop and standardise stakeholder communication channels, templates and procedures to enhance customer (i.e. stakeholder) experience and contribute to a coherent corporate identity with key focus on supporting Relationship Managers; Provide analysis/research that illustrates stakeholder requirements so as to assist Business Development in addressing stakeholder needs; Communicate urgent issues and requirements so as to facilitate a timely response; Actively seek professional development in the key target competencies of Stakeholder Management, such as relationship management/communication/negotiation, and expertise in the KSA/inte
ational labour market; Perform any other duties as required by the Stakeholder Management Manager. Requirements : Qualifications: 4 years of experience in Stakeholder Management/Relationship Management or a comparable area ,Strong communication and negotiation skills,Strong awareness of the KSA/inte
