Responsible for Configuration management of Ericsson ONS & Ciena SDH & DWDM equipment. Responsible for make site integration, deletion, re-homing, and parameters change. Responsible for creating XML files for Configuration changes. Responsible for technical communication with Customer. Responsible to maintain CMDB. Coordinate for optimization. Cooperate with roll out department. Handle the daily problems. Organize re-parenting and parameter changes. Guid field engineer to fix the problems, such as fault location, fault investigation and troubleshooting related to configuration. 11. Make and issue regular reports for CM and CMDB.
