Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers, Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships & develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors; Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business; Collect and assess customer feedback, produce regular customer feedback reports, liaise and follow up with customers, take corrective action and escalate as required so as to ensure that SME’s customer experience is excellent, permanently optimized and reinforces 9/10th strategic objectives; Analyze and present customer care and satisfaction trends, strength and weakness in order to identify and prioritize improvement areas, translate results into quick-wins and long-term improvement suggestions and facilitate senior decision-making; Support the BDM developing and implementing corrective actions for underperforming Scheme Participants, ensure that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed, Preparing capacity plans and budget in accordance with those plans; Act as the main interface to Business Development during and after the initial product development phase to facilitate the transfer of stakeholder management and ensure that market responses and customer responses to products are conveyed and utilised for future products; Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance; Perform any other duties as required by the BDM. Requirements : Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing; Master’s Degree in business (preferred); 3 to 6 years of Proven account management or other relevant experience; Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs; Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail; Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities); Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive; Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills; Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Leadership,Highly self-motivated.
