1. Lead and supervise Stores to achieve Company Goals
2. Develop his team to reach peak performance through evaluation, coaching &counselling.
3. Improve interdepartmental communication through regular communication meetings and organizing and sharing in monthly Team building activities with pharmacies team.
4. Re-Enforce Company Reputation through assuring Stores’ compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Give regular market feedback (competitors, new location, …)
6. Ensure store readiness Up to the agreed standards
