Job Role: General Manager Finance will be responsible for managing finance and accounting departments and holds accountability for the staff, budget and planning process including regular forecast, monthly reporting and analysis in compliance with the applicable procedures by the organization and laws in the KSA. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports as per standards (IFRS) Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Boards Audit Committee and the exte
al auditors as necessary Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy. Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate. Develop and control the company,s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations are complied with. Assist all HODs and Project Managers for the preparation of budgets for funding applications. Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports. Conduct periodic financial reviews of the Project. Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that all risks are minimized. Advise the organization,s leadership on appropriate insurance coverage for the organization and the Board of Directors Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash. Negotiate with Bank for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate. Qualifications: · University Degree in Commerce or Accounting · CA/ACMA/CIMA/ACCA/ qualified or equivalent · Minimum 15 year,s relevant experience Proficient in Arabic and English, preferably an Arab National Knowledge, skills: · Sound knowledge of Inte
