Produce infrastructure design requirements for different ICT options, including but not limited to cost, time, retu
and sensitivity analysis. Produce comprehensive ICT requirements report for smart city (AS IS). Review and validate the proposed High Level Design / Low Level Design for the Active & Passive Network final Phase. Propose new options for ICT systems, network and infrastructure for smart cities. Minimum 8+ years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent (military services, etc.).
