Job Purpose : The position is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing nationwide sales programs and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establishing training programs for sales representatives, determining sales potential, inventory requirements and monitoring the preferences of key accounts; with the objective to achieve corporate sales objectives within the limits of Sales & Marketing Strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS & ACTIVITIES Product/Pricing/Performance Management ‒ Provide input and coordination to determine product positioning, marketing plan and active monitoring. ‒ Negotiate pricing with suppliers and arrange the review meeting according to supplier schedule. ‒ Develop Sales Targets for sales supervisors based on department objectives for sales and profitability. Customer Relations ‒ Communicate with customers to understand sales related complaints and launch investigation and solution accordingly. Review & Authorization ‒ Review Customer Credit History and take necessary action if required. ‒ Review proposals and make adequate amendments if required. ‒ Review the quotation according to the project costing and finalize it. Team Management ‒ Carry out additional tasks such as recruitment planning for department, interviewing candidates and solving team issues. ‒ Monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Supervisors to ensure all required responsibilities are being successfully executed. ‒ Provide inte
al training as required. Strategic Sales Plan & Reporting ‒ Work closely with supply chain for the purpose of sales forecasting, product availability, product management and strategic sales strategy. ‒ Coordinate with Finance to review all expenses of team, review pricings, and gross margin calculations. ‒ Review & Present monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Report to the Division Head. المهارات Job Specific Skills : ‒ Knowledge of sales & marketing principles, strategy & techniques ‒ Knowledge of Customer Service principles & processes ‒ English & Arabic language ‒ Valid Driver’s License Generic Skills: ‒ Leadership & Problem Solving ‒ Communication & Interpersonal ‒ Customer Focused ‒ Time Management ‒ Presentation Skills
