JUC requires Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Mathematics Job Description Jubail University College invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the positions of Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Mathematics. These subjects would be taught as part of the following majors: Engineering, Computer Science, Interior Design, Business Administration and MIS. JUC is located in coastal Jubail Industrial City, the heart of the prosperous Easte
province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. English is the medium of instruction at the university. Skills For the position of Assistant Professor, the successful applicant will hold a relevant PhD with 2 years’ post PhD undergraduate teaching experience or for the Lecturer position, fresh PhDs with two years undergraduate teaching experience. 1. Teaching experience should be in the following courses respectively; Mathematics: Calculus I-III, Elements of Differential Equations, Linear Algebra & Differential Equations, Math for Management, Statistical Methods for Management, Probability and Statistics, Applied Mathematics. 2. Professional experience in curriculum development. 3. Proficiency in oral and written English and computer literacy. 4. Applicants with administrative and leadership experience in an academic setting would be preferred. 5. Candidates not meeting experience requirement need not to apply. 6. Preference would be given to PhD holders, and only applicants with relevant teaching experience will be considered.
