· Lead the execution of the marketing activities and initiatives (promotions, CRM program, CSR program, Beauty Concept…etc) of the assigned branch/region stores through the resources allocation, conducting field visits and review the reports issued by the VM team to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation. · Lead and monitor the vendors’ activities through the alignment with the contract or the set standards to ensure proper execution and on-time clearance of the items. · Supervise the execution of the remodeling plan through following-up the preparation of the shipment, store layouts, fixtures signage installation, product display and pricing in order to enhance the customers’ experience. · Develop the capabilities of the Visual Merchandising (VM) team through conducting on-job training and training sessions to ensure proper knowledge transfer. · Supervise the product display per category of the assigned branch/region stores through the alignment with Nahdi standards to maintain the in-store Visual Merchandise (VM) guidelines. · Ensure the availability and display of the assigned branch/region stores shopping aids, signage materials and communication boards (working hours, replacement policy, uniforms….etc) through conducting field visits to maintain the Visual Merchandise (VM) guidelines. · Conduct field visits and communicate with the new opening team to ensure the proper display of the new opening stores. · Supervise the renovation and expansion of the assigned branch/region stores through the review of the layouts and the communication with the contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution. Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
