Bachelor’s engineering degree. Minimum a total of (10) years’ experience in Building construction and Infrastructure projects. Minimum a total of (7) years’ experience in contract management experiences. Adequate knowledge of the Laws of Bids and Gove
ment Procurement and its implementing Regulations in Saudi Arabia. In-depth knowledge of contracts law, Pre and Post Contracts, FIDIC. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent computer skills would include (MS Word, Excel, MS Project). Fluent in the English language
