Fasion and cosmetics multi-brand store located in Saudi Arabia with its head office in Jeddah. Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve outstanding performance by setting clear objectives, provide regular feedback, ensure complete collaboration between team members Manage the operations in the stores in terms of preparing work schedules, closing and opening of stores, stock levels, sales target and cash management, and prepare monthly reports. Ensure that key business messages (long term and immediate) are cascaded effectively to all members of the team as well as promote the company culture and values Develop, monitor and evaluate the sales plans, target distribution and profit achievement. Recommend appropriate plans and remedial action to maximize performance Develop relationships with clients. Collaborate with HR Department to identify risks and opportunities and mitigate these through effective succession planning & development and / or recruitment. Support in communication with brands and acquiring new brands Provide constant training to the team on product knowledge, customer service, stock control, merchandising, and cashier Develop in coordination with the conce
ed department sales related policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented and explained to the team and recommend changes if required to ensure efficiency. Skills Total Package 15k Minimum of 5 year’s experience in retail, at least 4 of which involved managing teams Advance leadership skills Ability to influence at all levels Customer-centric Ability to plan and prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Savvy in the use of MS Office applications, POS and ERP Systems Intermediate analytical and numerical abilities
