KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / SUBSTANTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate staffing project requirements with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Participate in career fairs sponsored by our client.
• Develop and leverage technology, particularly the plant Recruitment Systems, Intranet & Inte
et in sourcing candidates.
• Respond to inquiries from both employees and applicants pertaining to staffing activities and career opportunities.
• Interview candidates for various positions and then reference check.
• Prepare reports for Management and people team.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and inte
et sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMEN TS
• Thorough knowledge in Interviewing, referral and selection procedure.
• Thorough knowledge in HR policies, principles, practices and procedure.
• Basic knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration related to the area of assignment, such as recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of Data management and record keeping techniques
• BS Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
•
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Presentable and courteous
• Very good interviewing skills
• Very good listening skills
• Very good communication (orally and written), interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• High follow up and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively interpret body language Ability to work under pressure
• Very good command of Arabic and English (written, orally)
• Very good computer skills (esp. MS Office applications)
