 Carry out 100% OSI annual inspections on all static equipment in both the desalination and power plants.  Analyze 100% of the relevant maintenance activities.  To achieve 98% of scheduled Condition Monitoring activities in order to detect early failure in equipment.  Achieve 99% of scheduled Performance Tests activities in order to guarantee adequate Major Equipment Performance. 4.0 Job Duties & Responsibilities  Conduct Reliability Enhancement Program to improve overall reliability of RPC service mainly focusing on maintenance.  Overall Reliability Enhancement Program of all services  Maintenance Program (RCM, RBI, Bad Actor, Life Cycle Management, Maintenance Prevention etc.)  Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS and OHSAS)  Managing and improving inspection programs  Statistical Analyzing of records to develop strategy  Handling critical troubles  ERM Representative  Managing routine QA/QC job and condition monitoring Skills  Attentive understanding on cross-cultural issues  Excellent interpersonal skill with speaking and writing in English  Strong problem solving skill  Strong negotiation skill  Knowledge about Operation and Maintenance  Knowledge about utility plant such as the generation of power, steam and water
